2.07 Common issues: Text-size
Text-size is a user option, not a designers privilege
Design web pages so that the content text will scale-up in size. Try increasing the size on this page to see what happens:
- If your using a mouse with a scroll wheel, hold down the Ctrl key and rotate the scroll wheel.
- For Internet Explorer (Windows): From the menu bar select View > Text Size, and choose a suitable text size.
- Information on how to do this with other platforms or browsers can be found on the accessibility options page.
This is achieved by stating all font-sizes in either em's or %'s. For example the body text on this site is set to 76%.

Who does this affect?
